This is what it looked like outside my breezway door Thursday late morning. Everyone was on their way home from school and work because it was predicted we'd get 6"-8" of snow. Well, turned out it was more like 12". But the storm came and went and was out of here by 8pm.
This is my back deck after it stopped snowing Sunday morning after storm #2-Nor'easter edition. Add another foot to the foot that fell Thursday and this is what you get. Then the sleet and freezing rain came. My driveway is a skating rink. And man, is it cold! I swear there's more snow on the ground now than there was all last winter. It didn't stop the Patriots from playing though it sure made winning difficult. What a sloppy game. But they beat the Jets anyway. Undefeated 14-0!! w00t!There has been knitting though not a whole lot. Here's a finished Araucania Ranco sock. It's nice enough. The other Manly Mitt is on the needles.
